Return & Exchange

If the product did not meet your expectations, you can request for a full refund or exchange within 30 days from the purchasing date. Within 30 days, customers can return the item(s) still in the original packaging. All returns are subject to 20% restocking fee if the item(s) is not in the original packaging or appeared used. Within warranty, customers can get a full refund or replacement when receiving defective items. Beyond the end of the 30 days, only replacement or repair for the product is accepted. We are not responsible for any refund beyond the 30 days of the order date. Customers must inform us within 30 days of the Order date if they are missing products’ parts or receiving the wrong products. Please call or email us to request a SKU. The SKU number must be on your return-shipping label and in the box. Any items returned to us without an SKU will be rejected and/ or sent back to you at your cost and expense.

Delivery Policy

We ship only to the billing address of the cardholder or to a verified shipping address. The verified shipping address is the address on file from your credit card company or a manually verified address by GB Photo Video after the order is placed. If the information you provide us does not match, we will not process your order. If an order is placed where the shipping and billing address does not match we will put the order on hold for manual verification. The lead time for this process can take up to 5 business days from the time the order was placed. GB Photo Video will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery. 

Cancellation Policy

Orders cancelled after 24 hours are subject to cancellation and 20% restocking fee in addition to any shipping charges incurred as may apply. Cancellation claims received after 7 days of delivery cannot be processed.
